Attorney – Tax – Transactional Tax (2-3 years)

Overview

Seeking:  junior tax associate with 2 -3 years’ experience to join  transactional tax practice. The Tax Group’s practice advises clients in connection with a broad range of domestic and international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, distressed investments, hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital investment funds, corporations (including S corporations), REMICs and REITs, including general tax planning for LLCs and partnerships. Qualifications – highly motivated candidates with 2-3 years’ experience working on tax related matters in a law firm setting. An LL.M in Taxation is required. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, demonstrated leadership skills and the potential to thrive in a busy practice.
