Overview
Seeking: an associate with approximately 5-6 years of experience focused on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings relating to all different types of real estate assets. Qualified candidates will possess extensive experience in the area of real estate finance and the capital markets in representing investment banks and other institutional lenders in connection with the origination of commercial mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and related products, as well as the restructuring and work out of troubled loans and foreclosure.
