Attorney – General Corporate – Leveraged Finance: 

Finance Group of  Corporate Department is seeking a New York mid-level (2-4 years of related experience) associate with sophisticated experience in leveraged financing transactions. Candidates must have solid experience representing private equity firms or banks providing financing to private equity firms in debt financing transactions. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of credit agreements, high yield bond indentures, bridge facilities, commitment letters and term sheets, security and guarantee agreements and intercreditor and subordination agreements.
