Attorney – Energy – Project Finance
Seeking: fives years of law firm experience on energy-related project finance and M&A transactions on behalf of project developers, equity investors and financing parties. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with PTC and ITC structures for renewable energy projects, and private equity investor issues and strategies, and will have significant project finance debt experience. Seeking outstanding lawyers with diverse backgrounds and experience.
