Overview
Seeking: a highly qualified mid-level (2009-2010) and junior (2011-2012) associate to join Debt Finance group. Specific experience to include representing private equity firms, private and public borrowers, and/or financial institutions in connection with syndicated first and second lien loans, club deals and mezzanine financings. Candidates should have advanced experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents and managing the delivery of customary closing documentation for leveraged buyouts, dividend recaps and other debt financings, including payoff and lien release documents, corporate documents, schedules and closing certificates.
