Overview

Seeking: Mid-level Real Estate associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, (finance/joint venture/development/acquisitions & sales and leasing) and good working knowledge of real estate collateral; corporate experience a plus.  Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiation of loan documentation and joint venture agreements and review and analysis of real estate due diligence such as title, survey, leases and any other matters relevant to real estate collateral.  The successful candidate should be a self-starter and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
