Attorney – General Corporate – Capital Markets
Seeking: Capital Markets Associate in New York office. The ideal candidate will have 2 – 4 years of capital markets experience in public offerings and private placements of equity-linked, commodity-linked, currency-linked and other types of structured securities and structured products, together with strong working knowledge of the relevant products.Outstanding writing and analytical skills and top academic credentials are essential. Membership in the New York bar by admission or waiver is required. Knowledge of the federal securities laws, continuous offering programs and/or derivative transactions is recommended. The ability and desire to work in other areas of our robust capital markets practice is also more than welcome. Candidates should have an interest in developing a close and long-term working relationship with our clients, with a goal of becoming a team leader in our transactions and advisory work. Candidates should be interested in current developments in the financial markets and the federal securities laws, in marketing the firm’s services, and in helping our junior attorneys grow to become better senior attorneys.
