Overview
Seeking: Associate with 2 – 4 years of experience in employee benefits with an emphasis in tax and/or labor. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiemployer plans, fiduciary issues, plan asset questions and prohibited transactions. Experience with ESOPs, welfare plans and VEBAs a plus. This position will reside in either New York, New Jersey or southeastern Pennsylvania. The candidate will have strong research and writing skills and must be licensed to practice in one of the aforementioned states. Strong academic record and analytical skills required. Large law firm experience preferred.
