Attorney – Life Sciences Transactions , 3+ years of licensing experience

Overview

Life Science Transactions Attorney: practice will focus on licensing and partnering transactions for life sciences clients (including biopharmaceutical, medtech, tools and cleantech). 3+ years of licensing experience is preferred, but candidates with other significant transactional and/or intellectual property experience will be considered. A biological sciences, chemistry and/or business background will also be considered favorably. Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required for this position.
