Overview
General Corporate – two years to support Financial Services group. Qualified candidates have experience in the areas of business transactions, commercial contracts and general corporate law as well as regulatory experience of any kind (e.g., consumer finance regulation, tax, energy and/or any other code-based regulations). Experience with e-commerce, cobranding, payment processing, and private label credit card agreements and mobile payments a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and references. We prefer candidates with law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
