Overview
Seeking: an Associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience to join New York office. The candidate must have significant commercial real estate leasing experience. Experience with commercial real estate mortgage financing, securitized structures, and purchase and sale transactions are a plus. Experience drafting lease documents is required. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the NY bar are required. Large or mid-size law firm preferred.
