Seeking: Senior and Midlevel Litigation Associates (2005-2010) for our White Collar, Internal Investigations and Corporate Governance practice group. Attorneys with Life Sciences/Health Care Policy and Regulatory experience with respect to product development, labeling and promotion abilities required. Experience with the U.S. Sunshine Act and global transparency also desirable. Former government experience, and particularly FDA experience, a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
