Seeking: Employment Group in New York is looking to hire an experienced Employment Litigation Associate. Specifically, we are looking for an associate with 5-6 years’ experience (J.D. class of 2009 or J.D. class of 2008 only) in litigating employment cases, including single plaintiff and wage/hour class and collective actions, as well as providing advice and counsel on employment issues. The qualified candidate will be expected to support our current employment group and help train our litigation and unassigned associates who have limited experience in the employment area.
