Attorney – Intellectual Property – Trademark/Copyright, 3-5 years experience

Seeking: associates with exceptional abilities, training, and credentials to join its Trademark/Copyright group, handling a broad range of non-litigation matters – trademark searching, clearance, and prosecution, trademark and copyright infringement disputes, intellectual property licensing and acquisitions, TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings, advertising review, and other counseling and transactional matters. Associates must have the writing, analytical, and organizational skills necessary to manage large multinational clearance projects, craft compelling arguments in trademark prosecution, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and provide clients with thoughtful advice on sophisticated trademark and copyright issues. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience, and has either been engaged in an IP counseling/transactional practice, or is interested in transitioning from an IP litigation practice to a counseling/transactional practice.
