Overview

Seeking: 

Corporate & Securities, Associate, 3-4 years, of public company and other securities experience. Ideal candidate should have substantial experience in public and private offerings, dealing with the regulators of such offerings and handling the ongoing reporting requirements for public companies. Experience in representing both issuers and underwriters would be beneficial, but there is a greater emphasis on issuer representation. Additional qualifications should include experience with corporate governance, tender offers, joint ventures, strategic alliances and general corporate representations. REIT experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills, be willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction and work product, and be diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented, and admitted to the New York bar.
