Overview
Seeking: 2005-2012 associate with bank finance experience and/or high yield bond experience to join the firm’s global leveraged finance group. Client base is highly diversified and includes commercial and investment banks, finance companies and borrowers/issuers. Experience in lending and leveraged finance, as well as experience representing banks and non-bank financial institutions in debt financing transactions, including: high yield bond offerings, senior secured credit facilities, subordinated debt and other mezzanine financings, and asset-based working capital facilities. Outstanding academic credentials, client management skills and major law firm experience are required
