Overview
Seeking: mid-level associate for Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Qualified candidates for this position must have three or more years of prior work experience with a top-tier firm in corporate finance transactional matters. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in leveraged finance deals and/or syndicated loan agreements is a plus. Spanish/Portuguese language skills would be a further plus, but not required. The position will be primarily located in either Washington, DC or New York. All applicants must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and references.
