Attorney – Antitrust (3-8 years)

Overview

Seeking: Associate attorney with experience at a law firm, the Department of Justice (Antitrust Division), or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) handling either antitrust litigation or counseling. Qualifications: • 3-8 years experience specializing in antitrust at a law firm, the Department of Justice (Antitrust Division), or the FTC • Experience in (1) drafting briefs, motions or legal memoranda in antitrust cases, (2) antitrust counseling, and (3) interacting with government antitrust agencies on merger and non-merger matters • Strong oral and written communication skills • Must be detail oriented, with excellent organization skills, ability to multitask and work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Education: • Bachelor’s degree or higher required • Juris Doctor • Member of State Bar in good standing (DC or New York)
