Overview

Seeking: associate and senior associates who have two to five years of post-JD experience with an advanced Life Sciences degree. A Ph.D. is strongly preferred. This Intellectual Property (IP) Practice offers a broad platform and includes: patent prosecution, interference, and reexam proceedings, and strategic IP advice. The core IP practice has a strong focus on prosecution and advice related to worldwide pursuit of IP rights. The IP practice also works with the Litigation/Controversy Department in IP litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels, including international arbitrations and ITC proceedings.
