General Corporate: highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Financial Institutions group. Candidate should have experience and expertise in financial services and general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently. Specific experience representing domestic and international funds, investment advisers, broker dealers, and other financial services businesses in structuring, formation and operation, as well as in various transactions including with respect to financings, acquisitions and formation of alternative investment structures and implementation of investment products. Must be familiar with complex compliance issues resulting from the operation and integration of a variety of investment businesses and products.
