Overview
Finance: Candidate should have 3 years (class of 2011) of full-time finance experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm. The ideal candidate will have both lender and borrower side experience, significant experience drafting, analyzing and negotiating complex documents, syndicated and acquisition finance expertise, good knowledge of substantive finance law issues including the UCC, strong familiarity with legal opinion practices, and extensive deal management and closing experience
