Overview
Seeking: Associate with 2-5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience. Resident In the firm’s New York office in midtown Manhattan, the successful candidate will work on the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate throughout the United States and will assist in the growth of the firm’s business through interaction with clients and potential clients and participation in industry organizations. The candidate should have strong document drafting and analytical skills. Personal communication skills are emphasized as the position features an unusual level of independent client interaction. It Is required that the candidate have a Bachelor’s degree, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited US law school and be admitted and in good standing as a member of the New York state Bar. Current or prior employment with an Am Law 100 firm a plus.
