Overview

Seeking: junior, mid-level and senior associates (Class of 2012 and earlier) for Real Estate practice. Candidates being considered must have significant experience in sophisticated real estate matters, including real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, and/or negotiating joint venture agreements. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent law firm employment history. This Real Estate practice regularly represents some of the country’s largest financial institutions, private equity and opportunity funds, institutional investors, investment banks and developers in a variety of domestic and international matters. The types of transactions are wide-ranging and include the most sophisticated capital market transactions from workouts and bankruptcies to more traditional conventional financings and equity/dirt transactions.
