Overview
Seeking: attorney with 6-10 years of experience to join Venture Technology practice (candidate will also work closely with the Information Technology/Intellectual Property and Communications/Technology practices). Candidates should have solid experience in the following areas – drafting and negotiating contracts, including in the areas of systems implementation, licensing, technology, communications and software. A technical or engineering background is preferred. This is a unique opportunity to work with clients in a variety of sectors including, emerging growth companies, venture capital, entertainment, fashion, communications, and financial services to name a few. Title is dependent on level of experience.
