Seeking: experienced patent litigation associates for New York office in high tech and medical device focused practice. Responsibilities Preparation and trial of significant patent matters; work with experts; conduct depositions; technical analysis of products and patents. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have 2 to 3 years of IP Litigation experience and must have a strong educational background, including a JD from a top-tier law school and a B.S. in electrical engineering or an equivalent discipline (e.g., computer science or physics) from a top-tier engineering school. Candidates must be detail oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Admission to the NY bar (or ability to sit for it) is required. USPTO admission is preferred but not required.
