Overview
Seeking: a mid-level associate for Corporate and Securities practice group in either Atlanta or New York. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience, including significant experience working on securities and capital markets transactions (e.g., IPOs, other offerings of common stock, preferred stock or hybrid securities, and high-yield and investment grade debt offerings). Candidates should also have experience drafting and reviewing SEC periodic reports and consulting on governance matters. Candidates with experience with public and private mergers and acquisitions will also be considered. All candidates should have large law firm experience and excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
