Attorney – General Corporate – Project Finance – Energy & Infrastructure (one to three years of experience )

Overview

Seeking: associate with one to three years of experience to join Energy & Infrastructure group. Attorneys should have project finance experience, with particular emphasis on tax-equity transactions in the renewable energy space and PPP infrastructure. Attorneys with broad-based experience working on equity/sponsor development, construction, financing (tax-exempt, bank and other financings), PPP concessions, acquisitions, and sale of infrastructure or energy projects and other infrastructure is a must. Membership to the New York State Bar is required.
