Overview
Seeking: a project finance associate with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have top firm and academic credentials and will have prior experience in project finance transactions and P3/PPP/PFI transactions. The candidate must have strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing and project documentation (including credit agreements, ISDA agreements, security agreements, depositary agreements, concession agreements, EPC contracts, maintenance contracts and supply contracts). Experience with acquisition finance is a plus.
