Attorney – General Corporate – Leveraged Finance (2-4 years experience)

Overview

Seeking: Financial Services Practice Group is seeking to hire a leveraged finance associate with 2-4 years of experience for New York office. The group’s highly diversified practice includes representing commercial banks, hedge funds, private equity sponsors and public/private corporate borrowers/issuers in mid-market senior secured credit facilities, subordinated debt, mezzanine financings and high yield debt issuances. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leveraged financing with a demonstrated interest in other types of transactions.
