Seeking: Investment Management Associate in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, preferably at an Am Law top 100 firm, in the following areas: representing registered investment companies representing private funds, investment advisers, underwriters and service providers to the investment company and investment adviser community. advising operating companies on investment company status issues. advising clients on the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and general securities laws, including issues relating to compliance, governance and product structure. Outstanding writing and analytical skills and top academic credentials are essential. Bar admission in New York is needed for your immediate value add to our team.
