Attorney – General Corporate – Finance Counsel – secured, syndicated financings
Seeking Counsel with law firm experience to join our Finance Practice. Practice Description: firm represents some of the world’s leading financial institutions, as well as private equity firms and corporate clients of the firm, in connection with financings ranging from conventional bank financings to highly structured financial transactions-syndicated and unsyndicated, secured and unsecured. Transactions may be secured by collateral as diverse as intellectual property rights, aircraft, marketable securities, derivatives, real estate, ships, or more conventional collateral, or they may be unsecured. Job Requirements: The ideal candidates will have significant transactional financing experience, including experience in secured, syndicated financings. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
