Attorney – General Corporate – Finance (3 to 5 years)

Overview

Attorney – General Corporate: Mid-level finance associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in transactional lending, preferably leveraged-lending. Associate should have experience in both drafting and negotiating commitment papers, terms sheets, credit agreements and security documents. Preference for an associate that has private equity sponsor-side experience, but experience working for the big banks and lending counsel is fine too. Associate should be comfortable taking the lead on transactions in terms of working directly with clients and putting together initial drafts of the transaction documents.
