Seeking Capital Markets Associate in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of capital markets experience in matters relating to: representing issuers and investors in financing transactions representing financial institutions, underwriters and agents in public and private offerings of debt or equity securities advising corporate clients on general securities laws, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.Outstanding writing and analytical skills and top academic credentials are essential. Membership in the New York bar by admission is required.
