Attorney – General Corporate – Banking:
7+years banking experience in cross-border and domestic acquisition and leveraged financing, and out-of court restructurings. Proficiency in the preparation and negotiation of credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, commitment papers and other loan documents. Candidates must have extensive experience in the representation of commercial and investment banks, borrowers, and private equity funds. Additionally, candidates need to be well versed in the mechanics of leading a banking transaction from inception to closing
