Attorney – Executive Compensation and Benefits – ERISA

Seeking:  third or fourth year associate to join our Executive Compensation and ERISA practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in a broad range of executive compensation and benefits matters, including executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code), design and negotiation of employment and other executive compensation arrangements, compensation-related disclosure and corporate governance matters, and ERISA fiduciary and pension investment issues (including VCOC/REOC structuring).
