Seeking: junior associate to add to Corporate and Securities practice group in New York office. Associates have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers and corporate team supporting public and private companies in sophisticated business transactions throughout the country. Responsibilities The candidate will work on general corporate matters, transactional work and capital market transactions, including private offerings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Qualifications Must have 1 to 2 years of prior Corporate experience in a law firm environment. Must possess a strong academic background, as well as strong written and interpersonal skills, as well as solid analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
